Ocean City Maryland is a town that knows how to host an offshore race. The weather was great, well ok maybe not on Friday night but after that cleared right up. The fans there are amazing, water is great and it was just an all around great weekend. Miss Geico had a great show in OC with Geico Reps coming into town to enjoy the event. We would like to thank Bull on the Beach for taking care of our team with food for the weekend. Seacrets Bar and Grill were great to us with the Friday night party and then the awards on Sunday. The Commander Hotel and the Atlantic Hotel were as always great places to stay. Sunset Marina was awesome with the crane and parking, having no issues as of yet. Most of all the Mayor of Ocean City, Rick Meehan, came to enjoy the event on Sunday in the Geico Hospitality Area. He was very excited about what the race brought to OC and looks forward to event coming back. We would like to thank everyone who came out and showed their support for the first leg of the Miss Geico Triple Crown.
